Solving Modulus Equations and Inequalities | Year 2 Pure | A Level Maths

Modulus equations and inequalities require care because the modulus splits the problem into cases. In this lesson you will learn how to solve equations and inequalities involving |f(x)| both algebraically by considering cases and graphically by sketching y = |f(x)| alongside the other side of the equation or inequality. The lesson combines algebraic manipulation with the graph-sketching skills from the previous lesson.
