Forces Acting at a Point | Year 2 Mech | A Level Maths

Forces acting at a point can be combined into a single resultant force using vector addition. In this lesson you will learn how to resolve forces in two perpendicular directions, find the magnitude and direction of the resultant force, and apply the equilibrium condition that the resultant of all forces is zero. The lesson covers worked examples on particles in equilibrium under coplanar forces given in magnitude-direction form or as vectors.
