Resolving Parallel Forces | Year 1 Mech | A Level Maths
Resolving parallel forces is the simplest case of force analysis but underpins everything that follows. In this lesson you will learn how to use Newton’s second law F = ma for motion in a straight line where the forces act parallel to the motion, identify the forces present including weight, tension, thrust and resistance, and write down the equation of motion to find an unknown force or acceleration.
