Introduction To Projectiles | Year 2 Mech | A Level Maths

Projectile motion combines constant acceleration in the vertical direction with constant velocity horizontally. In this lesson you will learn how to model motion under gravity in a vertical plane, decompose initial velocity into horizontal and vertical components, and apply suvat to each component independently. The lesson lays the groundwork for the standard projectile formulae and the equation of the path of a projectile.
