Definite Integration By Substitution | Year 2 Pure | A Level Maths
When using substitution on a definite integral you must remember to change the limits along with the variable. In this lesson you will learn how to change the limits using the substitution rule, evaluate the transformed definite integral directly without converting back to the original variable, and check the sign of the answer carefully. This is a common exam topic and an easy one to lose marks on without practice.
