This is Mixed Topic Pure Sheet 1 (Cambridge Pre-U). It is a compiled sheet of A* practice questions covering a mix of topics, included here as part of the A* collection — the questions most likely to discriminate between an A and an A* grade.
These questions brings together Trigonometry: Compound and Double Angle Formulae, Trigonometry: Secant, Cosecant and Cotangent, Parametric Equations, Further Differentiation and Surds. Strong candidates are expected to move fluently between these topics within a single multi-part question, so it is a good test of synoptic understanding.
